My favourite self help book! Don't judge a book by it's cover.. or do! Honestly really enjoy Mark Manson's writing and found these books really fun to read and actually quiet helpful. He talks about this you'd never really think to deeply about and its opened my mind!

Life changing The first part (subtle art) was insightful, but quite straightforward in places and having seen the Netflix documentary first, the book didn't add as much extra as I'd hoped. The second part (everything is f****d), however, is the real masterpiece here. Written in a colloquial style appealing to men in particular I have recommended this book to all of my friends who are a bit lost and wonder what being an adult actually means and what you need to do (about your emotional framework) to grow up. I'm still working on it, but boy has this book rocked my boat. Truly life changing. Maybe not on its own, but "everything is f****d) is the gateway drug to permanent and deep self growth, and a guiding light of easily digestible advice when other similar books can be a bit too academic. Fantastic By page 7 I could've swore it was written about me (the Subtle Art book). I'm super impressed and if you don't like all the ffffing in it then you wouldn't be thinking of buying it anyway! It's funny, but oh so true. Start to read it and realise that it's exactly how life is! One person found this helpful

Fragwürdiges Buch Ich muss sagen, das Buch hat mich am Anfang angesprochen, weil es ein New York Times Bestseller ist. Ich dachte, dass man sehr viel coole Sachen rauslesen kann, musste aber dann feststellen, dass Effekte Autor auch nur ein Journalist ist. Also jetzt kein großes Hintergrundwissen oder sonstiges hat empirische Beweise studieren oder sonstiges. Ich muss sagen, da hätte ich auch Mehr YouTube Videos für umsonst angucken können also ich bin jetzt nicht damit zufrieden 3 people found this helpful
