5.0 out of 5 stars They work great & very cushiony These came in handy for my daughter's new shoes so they didn't cut into the back of her heels. She also was slipping out of her shoes when she had to wear stockings for a wedding, but I added 2 of these into each shoe & she said they were very soft & comfy. So it worked out all day long with no issues & never came off. They stayed put. 2 sets come in a pack & I highly recommend them for not only comfort & support but also if your child's shoe is a tad big on them. These will do the trick. Like I said before just one she was still slipping out to the stockings but when I doubled them up on each other it worked like a charm. I'm actually going to order another pair for myself to put inside my shoes so they don't rip the back of my heel when I'm going to walk around all day. 4 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Hallelujah!! I work on my feet for roughly 11hrs a day and for the past few months my heel pain has been getting worse and worse. In the mornings, sometimes, I'd be unable to walk they hurt so bad. I've been trying different things for plantar fasciitis (self diagnosed 🤷‍♀️)....new shoes, crocs as opposed to sneakers, compressions socks of all sizes and nothing was helping! As last ditch effort before (finally) seeing a podiatrist, I bought these little beauties! They are fantastic!!! They feel strange at first but they cushion the heel great! I've worn them at the gym, all night at work....and after only a few days I've noticed a huge difference. My pain is almost completely gone! They only negative I would say is that they're already getting dirty and wearing but honestly I'd pay for new ones every week if I had to! 46 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars squishy So I got a size medium and my shoe size is about 8-8.5 in womens and it was pretty accurate. I originally got these because a pair of my dr. martens gives me god awful blisters and i needed a barrier so i could wear them for more than 30 minutes. I put them on under my socks so they would have a good grip on my foot but if you think youre feet will sweat it might be best to put them over a sock. As far as protection they really were thick enough to not blister but i ended up wearing them through the house in my socks to change my laundry and discovered they feel absolutely amazing just to wear in general. Ive always struggled with foot pain especially at work and they give a nice squishy padded layer under and around and im excited to try them out in my work shoes

5.0 out of 5 stars Painful and a hassle I have a nasty bone spur on my right heel. Painful and a hassle. I combined this with a Dr. Scholl's Heel Gel pad and the results have beenspectacular. No way I was going to have surgery, too tricky and the rehab is very long process as I understand it. Now back to walking and exercise. I am have fun again for the first time in months. Certainly worth a try and my results were better than I thought they would be . . .I'm back to walking and only 10% pain compared to 98%. I've had these on just through cooking and cleaning up after dinner - one of the most painful chores at the end of the day and on marble tile - and for once I am NOT now limping through the process of bedtime for the kids. I can't imagine what a difference they might make in my future. My husband, who spends most of his days standing at a drafting table or out supervising his crews, can't wait to wear the other pair tomorrow. I imagine we will be back very soon for more, and putting our three teeneage sons into them when twoadays start this summer, not to mention our engaged daughter so she can have a pain free wedding in her high heels this December. 3 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Terrific Blister Protection! These are just right for our daughters heels. New sneakers are always giving her blisters and these pads are just right for new summer sneakers!I'm buying more to have on hand for my other daughters and will probably purchase even more in future.

They were too big, but fit perfectly after attaching these on the inside backs of them. I'm impressed with how well they stayed on her shoes and how comfortable they were. I will definitely purchase again if needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfort and protection star! Dry skin on my heels was the problem. These protectors slipped on easily and felt great after putting lotion on my heels. They kept the moisture in and after a few days the problem was better. My only complaint is that if I didn't put a sock over it, it would roll up over the heel to the back of my foot and wrap around my ankle. But this feels really good and it's worth the adjustment. These are soft, smooth and not bulky.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product but needs better instructions on how exactly to place on foot Excellent heel support item! I work as a production supervisor and I walk 10,000+ steps a day and stand on rubber ground pads but still on concrete. The positives: Very cheap, like walking on clouds if you have them on right. The Negatives: If you walk a lot you have to adjust them every few hours because they shift and you will feel pain if they aren’t set correctly, maybe I didn’t read the instructions right but you there is a right way to put them on and it’s different for each person. ADVICE: Wash everyday to smell like new, tie your shoes tight so they don’t move around as much, put it on right each day to get the best results. 2 people found this helpful

They helped the shoes fit better, and it was reported to me that they were very comfortable on their heels too! My little one wore them for a party and was running around playing, and these held very securely in the shoes! Very pleased with this item!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Me encantaron Buenísimas, le compre unos zapatos de princesa a mi hija y le lastimaban horrible ,los zapatos le herian su pie en la parte de atrás, pero como todo niño se los quería poner y afortunadamente encontré la solución con estas esponjitas, pegan muy bien ,en la primera quedan bien pegadas solo hay que presionar bien para que se quede bien pegada, le salvara la vida y un dolor de estómago de ver a su hijo sufrir de sus piecitos. See my response below:Hi,Just wanted to let you know we do love the heel cushions. I purchased them for my 12-year old daughter who is a runner. She stepped on a root in one of her cross country meets while racing in her spikes and bruised her heel because the spikes have very little cushion between her heel and the ground. She had her biggest race of the season yesterday. She wore the heel cushions on both feet because she liked they way they felt so much. She had an amazing race. She came in 3rd out of 125 middle school girls. Last year she was not even in the top 10. She also beat her time from last year by more than 30 seconds. She said her heel did not even hurt. I am so glad I found these on Amazon. I will write a review later today. I have already told my mom about them and my daughter's coach. 5.0 out of 5 stars Protects my heel I have a weird stride when I walk fast. It causes my right heel to rub the back of my sneaker. I tried doubling up on socks but it didn't keep my heel from getting blisters. Moleskin worked but I walk daily and that would get expensive after awhile. So I thought I would try these to protect my heel. They work awesome. At first it feels weird to walk with but I got used to it. It does become sweaty. 5.0 out of 5 stars Hello Soft Supple Heels! I bought these to use to soften my heels and I'm so glad that I did. They work perfectly. Even though I pumice my heels regularly the heel itself is still hard. I tried saran wrap and vaseline but it was uncomfortable. I tried moisturizing socks - which I like and will use for maintenance and when it's cold outside.... but to get my heels back to normal these are what did the trick in two nights. I soaked my feet for 30 minutes, dried them, slipped these on and folded them back to apply the vaseline, and slept with them on. I think I had them on for about 16 hours the first time and WOW, my heels were nearly as supple as they should be. I skipped a day and then did this again and they are as normal now. Hello soft supple heels!They are easy to wash and comfortable to wear. I wore them with a pair of slide sandals and without. They are a little squishy to walk in which is to be expected but you get used to it quickly. I love them so much I sent a pair to my mom who has all kinds of feet trouble including plantar fasciitis. 4 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Need some help with extra tape, but worked wonderfully!! The shoes I had gotten for my boys were slightly too big, but we all loved them. That’s when I found these cushions. When they arrived and I tried to put them in the shoes, they didn’t stick too well. So I rolled up a strip of gorilla tape for each one and stuck them into each shoe, and they stayed put for months!!! This morning I realized their toes were at the ends of their shoes, so I took these cushions out, and we have a little more room in the shoes before we need to buy new ones - AND, I can get more use out of the cushions if I need to next time!! Gorilla tape made all the difference! So adhesion is not the best but 5 stars for everything else!! 4 people found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Breaking in new work boots I was starting to developed blisters on my heels from my new work boots (steel toes to be specific) and I was having to layer bandaids to keep them from rubbing. Took a chance and ordered these and they saved my heels! The he first day I wore them over my socks bc I wasn’t sure how I would like them and they didn’t make much of a difference. The next day I wore them under my socks and it was wonder! The gel was great on my skin. Made my foot a little sweaty but I would take that over blisters any day! Only had to wear them about 2 weeks until my shoes were broke in! They are in great shape still. No splits or funny smells. I did wash them every other day by hand in my kitchen sink. In our case it didn't do the trick however, it's not a product issue. It was more of a issue of not the right product for what I needed. The design is really cute especially for young kids.

5.0 out of 5 stars What I needed I was getting blisters from wearing my work boots on 10 hour days. I wore these and didn't get another blister. The silicone is thick and strong enough for daily use. It is true what another review says that it takes some getting used to the squishy feeling under your heel. However I didn't mind since it added a bit more padding. The only con for me is that they are slightly sticky but they only stick to themselves. One person found this helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars These saved my feet! I bought these little silicone feet things when I was working as a brand ambassador for a bathroom remodel company at expos and trade shows. I would be on my feet for 6, 8, 10 hours a day, and these made my feet hurt so much less!I do recommend rubbing them around in some baby powder first, it makes them easier to get on your feet before you put your sock on, but these are a true lifesaver if you know you’re gonna be on your feet for an extended period of time!!
